近日,Quantum Design中国顺利将NanoView全自动外泌体荧光检测分析系统安装于河北大学,并为用户进行详细的仪器介绍和操作培训,其优越的外泌体表征性能将为河北大学医学部综合实验中心的研发平台添砖加瓦。

全自动外泌体荧光检测分析系统是一款无需纯化的、全自动的可对单个外泌体进行表征分析的全新设备。该设备能够提供全方位的外泌体表征信息,包括外泌体粒径大小、计数、分布、携带蛋白表达、生物标志物(CD9,CD81,CD63等)共定位等。操作简单,结果可靠。短短三年,在世界范围内已有100多家实验室采用该设备,包括了著名的哈佛大学、约翰霍普金斯大学、康奈尔大学、洛杉矶儿童医院、麻省总医院、东京工业大学、首尔大学、新加坡国立大学、大阪大学等,发表SCI已超过250篇,其中不乏顶级期刊如Cell、Nature、Journal of Extracellular Vesicles、Cancer Research、Nanoscale、ACS Nano、BMJ journal、Brain Behavior Immunity、Trends in Cancer等。
