高分辨质子传递反应质谱-BTrap


法国Alyxan公司推出的高分辨质子传递反应质谱(BTrap)是一款针对挥发性有机物(VOCs)设计生产的质谱设备。此技术适用于对大气中的挥发性有机组分进行表征,也可用于大气分析。拥有丰富的前驱体,如H3O+, O2+, O-, CF3+等,满足客户对烷烃、芳香烃、醇、醛、酸、胺、氮氧化物、氟代物与氯代物的分析。


通过将先进的FT-ICR MS小型化,不仅大大节约了设备成本,减轻重量,还保留了FT-ICR MS的质量分辨率与稳定性。采用PTR“软”电离技术,与其它电离技术相比,如EI,产生碎片峰少,分子离子峰较强,质谱图相对比较简单,易于解析。通过将这两种技术结合,使得BTrap具有高质量分辨率,高精确度与稳定性、低离子碎片、高灵敏度、低检测限等诸多优势,可用于痕量气体组分在线监测分析,适应各种复杂实验气候与环境。
